Company Policy

 Repair Policy:

AKS will not be responsible for any damage identified in the product after the purchase transaction takes place. However, the company will provide after sale service in order to fix any fixable damage that occurs after purchase, due to any reason, with subject to additional charges.

  • Repair or changes as per customer requirement can only be done in local products.
  • In case any imported product is repaired or re sized on customer’s request then the company will not guarantee a 100% original quality.
  • Silver is a precious metal and its color may fade with time if care is not taken properly. Silver care manual is provided to every customer.       However customer can always demand the Silver care Manual.
  • The company will provide free of cost cleaning service first time for its own jewelry products only.
  • With the fluctuations in silver market price, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • AKS intends to provide its customers best quality and in time customer service on customized order/repair services. However under               unusual circumstances such as political uncertainty, strikes or any uncontrollable factor during which markets remain closed, AKS will not   be responsible for the delay in delivery of the order.

  Exchange & Return Policy:

  • No product Exchange or Return will be entertained without official company receipt.
  • AKS always guarantees the quality and the value of its jewelry products. If, due to any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it under the below mentioned conditions:
  • Products once sold on cash, can only be returned within 2 hours after the purchase.
  • Products once sold on cash, can only be exchanged within 72 hours after the purchase.
  • Products once sold on Credit Card cannot be returned.
  • Products once sold on Credit Card can only be exchanged within 72 hours of the purchase.
  • The jewelry item will only be accepted for exchange or return in its original/unused condition and original packaging.

Gold:

Gold value will be determined by the market prevailing gold rate.
All AKS’s 18K and 14K gold products with semi precious stones will be exchanged with any of AKS’s products only at 105% of the Gold metal value   in the product. Value of Gold will be determined by the prevailing gold rate.

Repurchase Policy: (Silver)

  • Percentage of Silver varies in products and value of Silver will be determined by the prevailing silver rate.
  • Company will repurchase its silver products at 200% of the silver value only, within the sold product. However Kundan Designs will not be repurchased.
  • Silver repurchase and exchange policy will change with time and the latest shall be applicable.

Repurchase Policy: (Gold with semi precious stones)

Gold value will be determined by the prevailing gold rate. All AKS’s 18K and 14K gold products with semi precious stones will be repurchased by     the company at 102% of the Gold metal value in the product sold.

Repurchase Policy: (Diamond)

AKS does not compromise on quality of its products. AKS provides its customers with guarantee and informs its customers at the time of sale regarding 4 Cs (Cut, Clarity, Cartage, and Color) of Diamond and purity of Gold. The company will repurchase only its own diamond studded gold     jewelry at 90% of the invoice value within first year of sale and after one year the company will repurchase its diamond studded Gold Jewelry at 100% of the invoice value.

The above mentioned rates will only be applicable if the product is in its original condition.
However before repurchase AKS reserves the right to check and examine the product(s) in order to verify the metal and stones.

Payment Policy:

AKS accepts payment via two modes only:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card

AKS accepts payment via all major credit cards as well as Debit Cards.
In case of Refund the Company will not make cash payment to the customers. Payments will only be made via Pay order, Cheque in favor of the customer and shall be delivered within three working days.

Note:
AKS will not be responsible for the re-sized/changed/repaired products after 30 days of repair order.
Due to varying market price all policies are subject to change without prior notice. Latest policy matter shall be available at any of our stores.
